"I don't have much to say about Erin LeVan - she seemed busy during my brief direct interaction with her - but Tonya in her office makes this agency well worth contacting. Tonya is one of the rare professionals who genuinely looks out for the customer's best interests, even when it doesn't benefit their bottom line! When I needed to move my homeowners policy elsewhere due to rate increases (they are not cheap), she handled the cancellation with total professionalism and zero pressure, even offering proactive advice on managing my mortgage escrow refund so I wouldn't run into billing issues. Throughout our discussions on auto and life coverage, she was completely candid, transparent with the numbers, and quick to tell me if an add-on wasn’t worth the money rather than pushing a sale. Her honesty and customer-first approach are why I chose to retain some of my policies with their office."

"After fighting with many insurance companies trying to find basic insurance for a classic car, and with another State Farm office, for almost a week, I got my quote and policy in 24 hours! No ridiculous questions and no hoops to jump through. "Beware of state farm. Unfortunately they've turned into just another shady insurance company beneath all of the fake smiles."

"Gabriel, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that policy changes or cancellations can be frustrating, and we regret that this situation left you with a negative impression.
To clarify for readers, your homeowner policy was subject to standard underwriting requirements related to exterior property conditions, specifically tree maintenance. These requirements were communicated in advance, along with the steps needed to keep the policy in force. Ultimately, the policy was cancelled at your request in October rather than continuing with the required corrective action.
Underwriting guidelines are not discretionary at the agency level and are applied consistently to ensure properties meet safety and risk standards. While we respect your decision to cancel, we want to be clear that this was not the result of deceptive practices or hidden changes.
We strive to be transparent, responsive, and supportive, and we are always willing to discuss options when underwriting concerns arise. If you would like to revisit this or have additional questions, we remain available to speak directly.
